The first in a series of sculptures, Untitled (Circle) addresses the cyclical nature of power. It forces the viewer to interact with the sculpture as there are only 18 inches between it and the wall for the viewer's body to engage. Untitled (circle) creates a tension for the viewer's uncertainty of wanting to stay or leave based on its positioning and a confusion to understand which side of the fence each viewer is on.
